This document defines the Terms and Conditions of Sale between christophe jacrot the company publishing the website christophejacrot.com, and the Customer in a home shopping product(s) (printed documents, multimedia and games) format using a digital medium (Internet website).
By ordering a product using this website, the Customer acknowledges full and total acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any contrary stipulation or reservation conveyed by the Customer at the time of order shall be deemed unwritten, unless expressly accepted by christophe jacrot publishing, owner of the christophejacrot.com, website.
Pricing and shipping/delivery:
The price shown is in euros, tax included.
There is an additional charge for shipping and handling costs which is not included in the price. The price for books is established in compliance with French law Lang 81-766 of 10 August 1981. The Publisher reserves the right to amend prices without notice. In regards to other products distributed by Kobalann publishing, prices may be amended without notice by the concerned publishers.
The Customer is considered the Importer of the concerned product(s) in the case of an order placed outside of the European Union. Duty and other taxes may be required by the respective countries. These fees do not pertain to Kobalann publishing and are at the Customer’s expense.
All orders are payable in euros (€). Products ordered are invoiced on the basis of current rates at the time of order processing, and are subject to availability. The products remain the property of christophe jacrot, until the order has been paid in full.
Available products are expedited upon receipt of the order within a period of 4 to 8 days. In the case of a delay before shipment, Kobalann publishing, will notify the Customer of the expected date of availability.
Orders are delivered by the carrier depending on your choice on the checkout page.
The invoice corresponding with your order will be available in your customer account and will be sent to you by email as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Risk of product defect due shipping are the responsibility of the Customer. In the case of a damaged package or lost package, the Customer is to refuse delivery and claim compensation from the postal service. christophe jacrot similarly, cannot be held responsible for exceeding delivery delays or for non-delivery of a lost package.
These costs are subject to amendment in function with current postage rates.
Delivery will be made, during regular business hours, to the delivery address specified and validated on the order form. Any order returned due to an error in the address will be at the Customer’s expense. It is the Customer’s responsibility, at the time of the reception of the order, to verify the condition of the product and to refuse delivery in the case of a defective or damaged product. No compensation can be claimed for a delay in delivery or for a damaged print.

Limitations of Liability:
Christophe Jacrot, cannot be held liable for the non-fulfilment of the sales contract due to supply, items being out of stock, force majeure, and the partial or total blocking of the means of transport due to strike, particularly in regards to the postal service. The parties agree that the present Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.
Return Policy:
The Customer may retract within 14 days and return the product within 14 days for an exchange or refund to the following address :

The product must be returned unopened, accompanied by the corresponding invoice in its original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are at the Customer’s expense. Products returned in good condition will be refunded by Kobalann publishing within 14 days. The Customer may also choose to have a voucher for your next purchase in lieu of a refund.
French Law on Information Technology and Liberties:
Private information provided by the Customer, by completing the order form is not used only for KOBALANN’s customer database. Force majeure :
In accordance with article 1148 of French Civil Code, christophe jacrot cannot be held liable for order fulfilment, if any delay or failure in shipment results from an event of force majeur.
